Biography

2017-2018: Played in 20 singles matches and 21 doubles matches for the Tars as a senior… played exclusively from the top position in singles action… picked up one win over a nationally ranked opponent, and two against regionally ranked foes… finished the year ranked No. 19 in the South Region in singles play… went 10-11 overall in doubles play, 10-10 in the top position with partner Alexandra Borg… the pair picked up a win over a nationally ranked foe and reached as high as No. 17 in the ITA National Doubles ranks… finished the season at No. 41 in the National Doubles Poll and No. 7 in the South Region… named to both the Fall and Spring Athletic Director’s Honor Rolls... earned a spot on the Spring Conference Commissioner''s Honor Roll

2016-2017: Tallied a 7-12 overall singles mark, playing exclusively in the first position… earned a 10-13 mark in doubles action, playing in the first spot… defeated one nationally ranked duo.

2015-2016: Went 14-2 for the Tars, competeing primarily in the sixth position… paired with Emma Wookey to earn a 9-4 doubles record on the year… the team upended Barbora Kijasova and Judith Bohnenkamp of No. 2 Barry… individually, defeated Coralie Pesenti of No. 3 Saint Leo 7-5, 6-1 on April 6... Spring SSC Commissioner''s Honor Roll... Fall Athletic Director''s Honor Roll... Spring Athletic Director''s Honor Roll. 

2014-2015: Total Record: 10-7 in singles....5-8 in doubles...Primarily played at No. 4 singles and No. 2 doubles...Fall Athletic Director''s Honor Roll...Spring Athletic Director''s Honor Roll.

High School: Played for Club Centro Social Hondureno Arabe and from San Pedro Sula, Honduras. She was selected by the ITF to be a part of the 2009 COTECC Team Tour. She held a #1 Ranking in the Central American and Caribbean Tennis Confederation in 2010. Placed first in the JITIC El Salvador, Copa Mundo Maya Guatemala, first in the Copa Tigo El Salvador and first place in singles at the Copa Cariari Costa Rica. She won 6 singles titles and three doubles titles in the Central American Championships and finished second in the 2009 Fed Cup El Salvador. Has seven national championships and five doubles national championships. Was a team captain Honduras Jr. Tennis Davis Cup in 2009 and 2010.

Personal: Daughter of Mirna Di Palma and Carlos Vitanza; sister to Christina and Carlos...majoring in Communications.
