The Apopka native suited up for the Tars from 2008-2012 and led Rollins to a record of 94-29 during that time. She was a shooting guard for teams that won two Sunshine State Conference titles, one SSC Tournament, advanced to the NCAA Tournament twice, and was the first team in program history to reach the NCAA Division II Final Four.

Berry played in 123 total games, racking up 894 career points and 113 assists. She is one of the Tars all-time best 3-point shooters, ranking first in attempts (496) and sixth in 3-pointers made (163).

Berry, who graduated from Rollins in 2012 with a degree in Elementary Education, handles the day-to-day operations for the program and assists in player development.

She has excelled in a prominent role for Tars athletics in addition to her job on the Tars bench. Kourtnie serves as the Tile IX coordinator for Rollins athletics, and her hard work has earned her recognition in the Central Florida community. She was named a Diversity Champion by the Orlando Business Journal in April of 2021, and received the Rollins President's Award for Diversity and Inclusion following the 2020-21 school year.Â
