2015: Played in 17 games, starting three to help the Tars win the inaugural SSC Women’s Lacrosse Tournament and earn an appearance in the NCAA Tournament… tallied 20 goals, good for third best on the team… added two assists for 22 points overall, good for sixth on the team in points… was successful on 6-of-9 attempts from the free position line… picked up nine ground balls and won six draw controls… caused five turnovers on the season… scored a career high four goals and four points twice during the season, once against Tampa on February 8, 2015, and the second time against Mount Olive on March 5, 2015… earned the first assist of her collegiate career against Belmont Abbey on February 12, 2015… picked up a career best two ground balls three times throughout the season… scored a career best two free position goals on March 5, 2015, good for ninth best in program history… enters into her junior campaign ranked eighth in the single season record books for game-winning goals in a season (two in 2015).

2014: Named to 2014 Sunshine State Conference Spring Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Played in all 15 games as a freshman, including four starts… finished the season with seven goals, tenth most on the team… had five ground balls and four draw controls… scored two goals on two separate occasions (Bentley on March 14, 2014, and Cocker on March 30, 2014)

High School: Attended Boca Raton Community High School… played primarily in the midfield for the Bobcats… named second to All-District as a junior and then to the first team after her senior season.

Personal: Daughter of Anita Shelton and David Burns…has one brother, Ryan.
