Biography

2019: Appeared in every game in her first season in Winter Park, making three starts… scored 19 goals and added seven assists, for a total of 26 points… picked up 21 groundballs and collected two draw controls… caused seven turnovers… scored twice, and tallied four assists, for six points, in Rollins season opening win over Tampa… earned spots on both the Fall and Spring Rollins Athletic Director’s Honor Roll… selected to the Spring SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2018 (RS-Junior at Stetson University): Concluded her career at Stetson with 24 goals and 12 assists, and played in every game as a junior and senior… earned Atlantic Sun Conference All-Academic Honors… 2018 saw Valocchi earn 11 goals and two assists for 13 points on the season… scored on 19 shots and 15 shots on frame, compiling a shot percentage of .579 and a shots on goal percentage of .789… scored on 3-of-6 free position shots… earned 16 ground balls, 11 draw controls, and five caused turnovers… scored a season high three goals on March 29, 2018 against Wofford… earned a season high three ground balls on March 31, 2018 against Furman… won a season high four draw controls on April 15, 2018 against Howard… cause one turnover in five separate games.

2017 (RS-Sophomore at Stetson University): Appeared in all 18 games, making one start (Fresno State) … scored a season high three goals against Howard, Delaware State, and Mercer… earned a season high three assists against LaSalle, Niagara, and Kennesaw State… earned five draw controls and had eight ground balls on the season… also caused five turnovers on the year.

2016 (Sophomore at Stetson University): Sat out the season as a medical redshirt.

2015 (Freshman at Stetson University): Appeared in 14 games with six starts … scored 10 goals and added seven assists for 17 points overall… compiled 10 draw controls, and nine ground balls … enjoyed an outstanding effort against Delaware State with three goals and two assists for a five point performance… also scored two goals with two assists against Presbyterian … had two goals and an assist at Mercer, adding four draw controls against the Bears.

High School: 2014 graduate of Lake Norman High School… helped lead Lake Norman to three conference championships… named the Lake Norman High School female athlete of the year as a junior and senior… named Team MVP as a senior… chosen to the Charlotte Observer all-area team three straight years… scored 833 goals and recorded 106 assists in her career… also lettered and excelled in cross country and basketball… four-time all-conference honoree in cross country and a four-time regional qualifier… also qualified for the state meet as a senior… named US Lacrosse Academic All-American… also earned NCHSAA Scholar-Athlete honors four straight years… was the Salutatorian of her graduating class... also played for the Midwestern Force Lacrosse club.

Personal: Double-majored in psychology and sociology at Stetson University… currently pursuing her MBA at Rollins’ prestigious Crummer School of Business… daughter of Cathy and Mike.
