2015: Named to 2015 Sunshine State Conference Spring Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Named to the 2015 IWLCA South Squad… Played in all 18 games for the Tars, making 17 starts en route to helping the Tars win the inaugural SSC Women’s Lacrosse Tournament and earn an appearance in the NCAA Tournament… notched nine goals and seven assists for 16 points on the season… Went 1-for-3 at the free position line… earned 14 ground balls and four draw controls while causing eight turnovers… scored a career best five points on February 12, 2015 at Belmont Abbey with two goals and three assists… her three assists at Belmont Abbey also marked a career high… matched a career best four ground balls on March 10, 2015 against Coker… concluded her career ranked first in the program in Games Played with 72, ninth in caused turnovers (42) and 10th in Free-Position Goals (13).
2014 (Medical Redshirt): Named to 2014 Sunshine State Conference Spring Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Saw action in two games, including two starts…finished with one goal and one assist before season cut short due to injury…. Was named to the IWLCA Division II Academic Honor Roll…Czech enters her senior season eighth all-time in program history with 34 caused turnovers and ninth all-time with 12 free-position goals.
2013: Named to 2013 Sunshine State Conference Spring Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Played in all 18 games as a junior, including 13 starts… her 10 goals tied her for 10th best on the team and also added three assists for 13 points… recorded 34 shots and collected 22 ground balls… scored a season high three goals in a 19-4 win over Saint Leo on April 16, 2013… caused 13 turnovers on the season.
2012: Named to 2012 Sunshine State Conference Spring Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Enjoyed a breakout sophomore campaign, finishing the year fifth on the Tars’ scoring chart and serving as a main factor in Rollins’ rise to national prominence... racked up 26 goals and four assists and was fifth on the team with 30 points, helping Rollins’ scoring offense rank second in the nation... was fourth on the team with 19 ground balls to go along with 15 draw controls and five caused turnovers... played in all 17 games with seven starts... notched three goals in Rollins'' 18-8 win over Regis on April 27, 2012.
2011: Named to 2011 Sunshine State Conference Spring Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Made an immediate impact as a freshman as one of 10 Tars with a double-digit goal total...was 10th on the team with 10 goals to go along with three assists... also added 20 ground balls, nine draw controls and tied for second on the team with 11 caused turnovers... played in all 17 games while seeing seven starts.
High School: Played midfield for the Columbia High School Cougars... helped her team to third round post-season appearances her sophomore, junior, and senior seasons... earned second team All-District, All-Area, and All-Region honors as a junior, and First Team accolades for All-District, All-Area, and All-Region her senior year... named Academic All-American in 2009 and 2010... 2010 Defensive Player of the Year... scored 43 goals and 11 assists while racking up 39 ground balls, eight interceptions, 41 checks, and 27 draw controls as a senior... also participated on the soccer and fencing teams, as well as the STEPS Elite Lacrosse Club team.
