Biography

2021: Appeared in all seven games for the Tars, making four starts as part of the Rollins defense… scored one goal… caused seven turnovers… picked up 12 groundballs… collected six draw controls… scored once, caused a turnover, picked up two groundballs, and collected a draw control in a win over Florida Southern… named to the SSC Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll… placed on the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll.

2020: Appeared in all seven games during the Tars’ shortened season, making six starts… anchored a defense that surrendered just 6.84 goals per game… tied for third on the team with four caused turnovers… picked up four groundballs and collected four draw controls.

2019: Appeared in 17 games for Rollins as a defender… scooped up 10 groundballs… collected three draw controls… caused six turnovers… caused two turnovers and picked up three groundballs in a 18-10 win over No. 5 Tampa on April 10… earned spots on both the Fall and Spring Rollins Athletic Director’s Honor Roll… selected to the Spring SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2018: Fall Athletic Director’s Honor Roll… Saw time in 13 games as a defender, starting three contests in her freshman campaign… earned one goal on her lone shot of the season… earned eight ground balls… won 10 draw controls… caused four turnovers on the season… scored the first goal of her collegiate career on February 18, 2018 against Lincoln Memorial… won a season best three draw controls against both Saint Leo (April 14, 2018) and Embry-Riddle (April 18, 2018)… caused a season best one turnover against Lincoln Memorial (2/18/18), Catawba (2/23/18), Alabama-Huntsville (3/17/18), and Florida Tech (4/7/18)… picked up one ground ball in eight separate games.

High School:  Played for the the Timber Creek Wolves where she was a four-year member of the varsity team... named Student-Athlete of the Month for the month of March 2017... helped lead the Lady Wolves to the 2017 FHSAA District Championship... also played basketball for Timber Creek... played for the Lady Hawks club team.

Personal: Daughter of Christin Green... has two siblings, Caleb and Kaylie Portanova... chose Rollins because it was close to home... enjoys playing a wide variety of sports... plans to major in psychology with future plans to become a successful lawyer.
