Jodi Bayles joined the Rollins softball coaching staff as the program’s pitching coach, bringing nearly two decades of coaching and player development experience.
 

Bayles has owned and operated Stix Softball for 19 years, helping hundreds of student-athletes develop their skills and continue their playing careers at the collegiate level. She also previously spent five seasons as an assistant coach at Warner University.
 

Among the notable pitchers Bayles has coached are Aleshia Ocasio, Katelynn Oxley and Olivia Miller of the University of Florida; Riley Oakes of Florida Gulf Coast University; Aynslie Furbush of Ole Miss; and Anne Long of the University of South Florida.
 

As a collegiate athlete, Bayles played one season at Blinn College before completing her career at Texas State University.
 

Her coaching philosophy centers on helping student-athletes recognize their value both on and off the field. Bayles is passionate about developing pitchers who compete confidently in the circle while carrying that same confidence into life beyond softball.
