Brittany is entering her second season as a coach for the Tars, after a standout career on the Rollins infield.
Johnson's name litters the Rollins record book, ranking seventh in games played, 10th in on base percentage, eighth in doubles, 10th in RBI, and 10th in stolen bases. She is a two time All-SSC performer. Brittany was named to both the 2015 NCAA and Daktronics All-South Regio Teams, before earning 2015 NFCA All-American status. She followed that with a CoSIDA Academic All-Region showing in 2016.
Johnson helped guide the Tars to three NCAA Tournament appearances, including the Tars' march to the South Region Championship in 2016.
Attended Sickles High School in Tampa, Florida where she played primarily middle infield for the Gryphons. Was a career .321 hitter, totaling 66 hits while driving in 57 during her high school career. As a senior, Johnson was named to the All-Western Conference first team as well as earned the Hilsborough County Scholar Athlete Award after finishing fourth in her class.
Brittany is the daughter of Jackie and Thomas Johnson. She has one brother, Drew. She graduated from Rollins in 2016 with a degree in History.
