Biography

2011: In her first year as a Tar, Hunter appeared in 40 games, starting 37...she recorded five multi-hit games in her junior season on her way to a .311 batting average with two home runs and seven doubles...her first homerun in a Tars uniform came on 3/4/11 in a game vs. Georgian Court where she also scored a career high four runs.

2010 (Sante Fe College): Hunter had a productive career at Sante Fe College claiming an Academic All-American award along with being named Mid-Florida Conference her freshman and sophomore year...she also garnered First Team All-Conference, Second Team All-State, First Team All-South Region and Second Team Louisville Slugger in her freshmen campaign.

High School: Hunter played soccer for the Raiders of Sante Fe HS and did not step foot onto the softball diamond until she went to Sante Fe College...led the Raiders to four successful seasons on the pitch, while earning Dean''s List and Honor Roll.

Personal: Born 10/18/89...Daughter of Bill Ray and Trish Hunter...majoring in psychology.
