2012 (Senior): In his final season at Rollins, Herrmann culminated a 4.88 ERA in 20 appearances, including 10 starts...finished with a 4-5 mark and pitched in a pair of combined shutouts, while earning a save on two occasions...recorded 39 strikeouts in 62.2 innings of work...picked up his second save of the season against Lynn (3/24) facing just one batter for the final out of the game...recorded a career-high seven strikeouts twice this season, the first coming against West Alabama (2/4) in the opening series of the season and the second against Stonehill (4/24)...held opponents to a .250 batting average which was third best on the Tars pitching staff...named to the 2012 Spring Commissioner''s Honor Roll.
2011 (Junior): In his first season at Rollins, Herrmann earned a start in seven contests in 10 total appearances on the mound...finished his junior campaign with a 10.58 ERA (2-3) in 24 2/3 innings pitched...recorded 12 strikeouts...pitched a season-high seven innings against Bentley (2/21)...did not give up a hit or run in his last two outings of the season...named to the Spring Athletic Director''s Honor Roll.
Prior to Rollins (St. Louis CC-Forest Park): In his final season, Hermann contributed 29 innings of work and struck out 29 batters...finished with a 2-1 mark in eight games pitched...closed out his sophomore season with a 6.52 ERA.
