2015 (Sophomore): In his sophomore season at Rollins, Mendoza played for the Rollins junior varsity team..Fall Athletic Director''s Honor Roll.

2014 (Freshman): In his first season at Rollins, Mendoza appeared in 13 games…entered the game in pinch-runner situations…scored two runs on the season – West Florida (2/9) and Nova Southeastern (5/3)…saw a career-best two at-bats against the University of the Sciences (3/6) during Baseball Week...also participated on the Tars’ junior varsity team...Spring Athletic Director''s Honor Roll.

High School: Attended High School for Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice before transferring to Milby High School his junior and senior years…played five positions for the Buffaloes and helped lead the team to a district championship in 2013…batted .367 with an on-base percentage of .519.
