- Attended South Iredell High School
- Earned All-District, All-Conference, All-State, and team MVP accolades in 2022
- Batted .581 with 36 hits, two doubles, seven triples, three home runs, 16 RBIs, and 21 runs scored
- Also played volleyball, leading that team to a conference championship
- Earned the Coaches Award for hustle from the volleyball coaching staff
- Graduated Magna Cum Laude and with honors
