Intramurals and Rec Sports

The Rollins College Rec Sports Program provides organized athletic activity for the Rollins community. Our goal is to offer every individual the opportunity to participate. Only a desire to compete is necessary. Participation in any intramural activity or group fitness class is purely voluntary and individuals participate at their own risk. Rollins College will not accept responsibility for injuries sustained while participating in recreational activities. https://campusrecmag.com/rollins-college-rec-sports/

Esports

Esports Lab Photo
Founded in 2019, Rollins College Esports is the largest club on campus and one of the largest club sports at Rollins, with a rolling club population of around 200 students. Students at the club level of Esports have access to our Alfond Sports Center Esports Lab, located on the second floor of the Alfond Sports Center, in room 243. Students competing on our Collegiate Esports teams can access the Alfond Sports Center Lab and our Lakeside Esports Lab in Thaddeus Seymour Hall in room 1213 (down the hall from the Anchor Club Fitness Center).

The Alfond Sports Center lab holds 13 gaming PCs with Ryzen 7 3700X processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super graphics cards, as well as a TV with a Virtual Reality and Nintendo Switch setup. The Lakeside lab has 8 gaming PCs for our competitive teams with Ryzen 7 5800X processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 graphics cards.

We currently compete in Overwatch 2, Marvel Rivals, Apex Legends, iRacing's eNascar league, and various fighting games. We are also fielding rosters in Rocket League, League of Legends, Counter-Strike 2, Rainbow 6 Siege, and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate (crews). If you want to join one of our competitive esports teams, please contact Esports Director Ben Katz at BKATZ@Rollins.edu.
