2019-20: Saw action in five singles matches for Rollins, posting an impressive 4-1 record ... Played twice from position five and three times from position six ... Earned his first win on February 11 against Florida National with a 6-2, 6-0 effort ... Had a 7-5, 6-4 win against Wayne State on March 7 ... Picked up his only position five win on March 10 against Ferris State, 6-2, 6-0 ... Ended his season on a high note with a victory over St. Thomas Aquinas 6-2, 6-2 on March 12

2018-2019: Did not make an appearance for the Tars during the 2018-19 season… earned spots on both the Fall and Spring Rollins Athletic Director’s Honor Roll… selected to the Spring SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2017-2018: Did not make an appearance for the Tars in the 2017-18 dual match season.

High School: Attended Robinson School... reached as high as No. 4 in the Caribbean Rankings... member of the 2017 Team Championships for the Caribbean.

Personal: Son of Ana Mellado and Leonardo Cordero... has one sister, Ana Sofia, a tennis player at Southern Illinois University-Carbondale... majoring in economics... chose Rollins for the great academics, beautiful campus, and great tennis... also enjoys movies, reading, and going to the beach.
