WINTER PARK, Fla. – Rollins College Athletics once again demonstrated its commitment to excellence in the classroom as 243 Tars were recognized on the 2026 Sunshine State Conference Spring Commissioner's Honor Roll, announced by the conference office.
The Spring Honor Roll recognizes student-athletes who achieved a minimum 3.20 grade-point average during the spring semester while competing in one of the conference's winter or spring championship sports. Across the conference, 2,256 student-athletes earned recognition, including a record 546 student-athletes who posted a perfect 4.00 GPA during the semester.
Rollins was represented across 13 sports, including men's and women's basketball, men's and women's swimming, men's and women's golf, men's and women's tennis, men's and women's lacrosse, women's rowing, baseball, and softball. 43 Tars also earned special distinction by recording a perfect 4.00 GPA during the spring semester.
The Sunshine State Conference has long been recognized as one of the nation's premier Division II conferences both academically and athletically. The league ranked first among NCAA Division II conferences in Academic Success Rate (ASR) for the third consecutive year in 2024-25 while continuing its tradition of success in national competition.
