Rollins took 8th of 15 teams at the Florida Southenr event

LAKELAND, Fla. (February 24, 2026) - Women's golf fought their way to an 8th place finish at the Lady Moc Classic, hosted by Florida Southern at Gasslands Golf & Country Club on Monday and Tuesday.

Working off a weekend cold front, the ladies teed off on Monday morning in temperatures below 50 degrees. The weather did nothing to help the Tars in the opening round, leading to a team score of 308 (+20). Alisha Rametra had the best score, using a team-best three birdies to her advantage to score a 76 (+4). Lindsay Lee and Youyang Li had identical cards of 77 (+5), with Lee posting three birdies and Li playing to eleven pars and one birdie. Sarah Knitter rounded out the scoring with a 78 (+6).

The ladies rolled right into the second round on Monday afternoon, but did not fare well as they posted a team score of 310 (+22). Lee found her stroke and continued her hot start to the season with a one-over 73 that saw five birdies in the round. Rametra finished with a 78 (+6). The other team scores came from Li (79, +7) and Addy Vogt (80, +8) as the windy conditions kept scoring chances at bay.

Tuesday's conditions were much more agreeable, and the team score reflected the change, Lee was dialed in, knocking down three birdies and 13 pars to finish under par at 71 for the round. Vog bounced back nicely with a 75 on Tuesday, connecting on two birdies to turn in a +3. Rametra was good for a 77, followed by a 78 from Li to close out the team score of 301.

Rollins ended with a 919 (+55) for the event, finishing eighth overall. Barry captured the team title with a score of 896 (+32). Rounding out the Top 5 were Wingate (+41), Lynn (+43), Anderson (+47) and Eckerd (+49).
