ORLANDO, Fla. (November 13, 2025) - The Sunshine State Conference announced the honors and awards for the 2025 men's soccer season on Thursday afternoon. Among the selections were four Rollins players:
Hayden Judge,
Yousef Shakweer,
Kaden Foreman, and
Justin Nelson. Voting was completed by conference coaches, who were not allowed to vote for their own players.
Judge captures his third career All-SSC honor after his nominations in 2023 (1st team) and 2024 (2nd team). Elected as a a first team defender, Judge started 14 games for the Tars, anchoring the defensive back line that held opponents to 1.65 goals per game. Much of what he did on the pitch did not translate to the box score, but rest assured his impact was felt for 90 minutes each game thanks to his relentless style of play. In addition to his defensive prowess, Judge managed to find the net twice this year, scoring the game-winner against Wingate in the season opener and adding another versus Eckerd.
Shakweer, a junior, is recognized for the first time in postseason awards. The Orlando native earned a spot on the first team as a midfielder after directing the Rollins offense throughout the season. He appeared in 16 matches, totaling 1323 minutes while scoring three times and adding three assists. Known for his impeccable footwork, Shakweer set up his teammates for open looks on countless occasions. His goal against #6 Tampa on October 1st set the tone early for the Tars upset win.
Foreman, the team captain, finally earned conference recognition in his final season in the blue and gold as a second team defender. The Ohio native started 16 games for Rollins and led the team in minutes played with 1387. A jack-of-all-trades, Foreman covered more ground that any other player on the team, often transitioning from defense to attacker in the blink of an eye. He scored once this year against Spring Hill, but also added four assists for a total of six points. In his four years on campus, Foreman has played in 68 total games, eclipsing 5300 minutes.
Nelson, playing in his first year at Rollins, was a spark plug for the Tars, and was named second team forward for his efforts. Despite breaking his hand midway through the year, Nelson still managed to appear in 16 games, and led the Tars in goals (7), points (18), and shots on goal (15). He connected on game-winners at Embry-Riddle, against #6 Tampa, and versus Embry-Riddle in the Rollins home match in October. He had eight games with either a goal or an assist this year.
