WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (April 13, 2024) - Women's tennis picked up their second straight win on Saturday, defeating Palm Beach Atlantic 6-1 in an SSC matchup. With the win, Rollins now stands at 6-9 on the season with a 3-4 record in SSC play.
Doubles play saw the Tars jump out to an early lead with a convincing 6-0 win from

Eve Wasil on number three. The Sailfish would equalize on court one with a 6-2 win, putting the pressure on court two.

Maria McKay were up to the challenge though, walking away with a 6-4 win over Hoermann/Williams to secure the point.
The Sailfish evened the score at one with a win on court five as
Nina Mitrofanova fell 6-1, 6-0 to Cecilia Peroni. Unfortunately for the fish, that would be the only point of the day.
Erin Yaroshuk was quick to answer back with a 6-2, 6-1 win on six against Jelsyvette Croes. Next up was Polia Vlasova on one, who dispatched Jasmine Williams 6-3, 6-0. The match was then clinched on three where
Katie Groves fought AlinaHoermann for a 7-5, 6-2 win.
Rollins then wrapped up their day with two more victories.
Milla Falster collected the W on four after surviving Virginia Borja, 6-3, 3-6, 6-2. Freshman
Nancy Liu then wrapped up the day with a 6-3, 5-7, 6-4 effort on two versus Si Karlsson Hantzis.
The Tars only have two matches remaining in their season, with the next one coming tomorrow. Rollins will matchup with the #1 team in the country, Barry, at their place. First serve is scheduled for 11:00 am.
