WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (March 24, 2024) - Men's Tennis stayed hot with a 6-1 road win over Palm Beach Atlantic in a key SSC matchup on Sunday, The win moves Rollins to 13-1 on the season, and 3-1 in the SSC. Palm Beach Atlantic falls to 2-11, 1-4 SSC.
The first point of the day went the Tars' way thanks to a 3-0 sweep of doubles. The featured court saw

Charlie Putrino capture a 6-3 win over Binaghi/Platas. On court two,

Moritz Stenzer made quick work of Contreras/Visontai, 6-1, to clinch the point. Rollins then completed the sweep with a 6-0 win on court three thanks to
Efe Comu/
Richard Stoiberer sweeping Fernandez/Young by a score of 6-0.
Singles play saw the Tars cruise through the competition. Quaynor was a 6-0, 6-3 winner on court two, and was followed tightly by Castaneda on court four with a 6-1, 6-1 effort.
The victory was then clinched on one when Comu handled Binaghi with a 6-1, 6-3 display.
The match was played to completion because it was a SSC competition. Rollins would secure two more points with wins on five and six. Putrino was a 6-1, 7-5 winner over Fernandez on five, while Stenzer cashed in at 6-4, 6-2 on six against Matthew Young.
The Sailfish avoided a sweep by winning on court three. Juanfer Contreras outlasted Stoiberer with a 4-6, 6-3, 10-3 win.
The win was Rollins' fourth in a row. They will be back in action on Wednesday, March 27 against West Alabama. First serve is scheduled for 12:30 pm.
