The Tars moved to 17-0 (9-0 SSC) on the year and set a new mark for consecutive wins, eclipsing a 15-game winning streak in 2015.

Ali Shenefield notched her seventh victory of the season, surrendering four hits and allowing two late runs to pick up the win. She threw in five innings with eight strikeouts and just two walks.

Chelsea Peace swung the big bat, going 3-3 with two RBIs and a double. Reagan Raley went 2-3 with two runs and one RBI while Ashley Troutman hit 1-3, with two runs, three RBIs and a home run.

Raley brought in Colby in the bottom of the third and Troutman cleared the bases with a three-run homer later in the fame to make the score 9-0. Peace's double then scored Worrell to put the Tars ahead by an even 10-0.

Barry got two in the fifth on a Michelle Roldan double, but Shenefield shut the Bucs down the rest of the way.
