KILLEN, Ala. (October 21, 2019) – The opening day of the TVA Credit Union Invitational was shorted to just one round due to rain with Rollins sitting sixth after the first 18 holes.
The lone Division II team in the field, Rollins posted a 12-over 300 at Turtle Point Yacht and Country Club. UT-Martin leads the way at one-under (287) while host North Alabama (+2) is second and Murray State (+4) third.
Trystan Perkins paces the Tars, posting a two-over 74 and grabbing a tie for 25th. The senior started with a birdie on the first hole, but slipped to three-over as the day wore on. He finished birdie-bogey-birdie to make a climb up the leaderboard.
Danny Taggart and Nicholas Diebel both shot three-over 75's and are tied for 35th. Will Hall and Louis-Francois Charpentier are tied for 45th at four-over, both posting rounds of 76.
