HOW IT HAPPENED:

Chandler Middlebrook than made it a big inning, blasting a three run homerun, her third of the year, to make the score 5-1 after two.
- Tiffin would fight back with a run in the fifth, but the Tars would rebuild their lead in the bottom of the inning. Talia Kentoffio started the rally with a double, she then stole third, and scampered home on a throwing error by the catcher, trying to catch her off the bag at third.
- A pair of doubles, and a hit by pitch in the Dragons' half of the seventh made the final inning interesting, but Abby Summers would strand two runners on base, closing out the complete game win.

- The Tars next breakthrough came in the fifth. Talia Kentoffio, who had blasted a one out double into left center field, crossed the plate on a Kara Wagstaff single.
- Tiffin would halve the lead in the sixth when an error allowed Jamie Sevenish to reach second base. The Dragons' only hit of the night would plate the junior, but Grace Street would escape the inning before Tiffin could do any more damage.
- Rollins would manufacture a run in the bottom of the sixth to regain their two run lead. Sarah Harrison led off the inning with an infield single, advanced on a Jordan Davis bunt single, reached third on fielder's choice off Middlebrook's bat, and scored on a fielder's choice from Abigail Sexton.
