Rollins and Tampa are set to square off in Game One of the South Region 2 Tournament Friday at the UNA Softball Complex in Florence, Ala.

ROLLINS AT A GLANCE: Rollins won its final four games of the season including two on the road over Palm Beach Atlantic. Rollins hooked the Sailfish 6-1 in the first game before shutting out PBA 8-0 in five innings in Game Two. Rollins has a record of 19-3 away from home this season.

Rollins had five players named to All-SSC teams this past week. The trio of Niki Fogle, Brittany Johnson and Jule Kranz garnered first team All-SSC accolades while Hannah Horwath and Hailee Keisling picked up second team honors.

Junior Niki Fogle currently ranks third in the nation with 30 wins this season. Sophomore Hailee Keisling finished second in the SSC in walks (24), doubles (15), runs scored (42), on-base percentage (.512), and total bases (87).

Junior co-captain Courtney Durbin said, "It feels really good to get back out there. We feel really prepared after a week a good practices."

TAMPA AT A GLANCE: Tampa won its second straight share of the Sunshine State Conference Championship with a three-game sweep of Lynn in the final weekend of the regular season. Leslie Kanter of Tampa was named SSC Coach of the Year for the second straight season.

Julia Morrow was named SSC Pitcher of the Year and to the All-SSC first team after finishing the season with a 25-7 record, 1.31 ERA, and 338 strikeouts. Bre Seetree was named to the All-SSC second team after batting .339 with a team-best 21 RBIs. Catcher Kandi Kuder was also named to the second team with the at-large selection after leading the team with a .360 batting average and 45 hits.

Megan Burke and Jenna Halper were recently named CoSIDA Academic All-Americans.

PAST MATCHUPS: Tampa took the first two games earlier this year 3-1 and 2-1 before Rollins responded with a 7-2 victory in the final game of the series.

NEXT UP FOR ROLLINS: Rollins will play either North Alabama or Florida Tech Saturday.
