ROLLINS AT A GLANCE: Last time out, Rollins
defeated Nova Southeastern, 3-1, with an impressive team
performance. The win moved the Tars' overall record to 6-7, and
moved Rollins over .500 in the Sunshine State Conference, now
sitting at 4-3.
Rollins opened the scoring in the first half with a goal from Alexis
Martinez. Grant
Blackhurst then took the Tars' lead to 2-0 just 11 seconds
after halftime. The sharks pulled a goal back, but Ben
Grant scored Rollins' third goal late in the game and sealed

Nansen all registered assists in the match. Drew
Trautmann played the full 90 minutes and registered two
saves.
The Rollins offense has been lead by Blackhurst. His six goals
and four assists are good for a total of 16 points, seventh most in
the SSC. Popo leads the team, and the conference, with 12 assists.
He has also added four goals for a total of 20 points, good for
second in the SSC. Durrance and Martinez both have registered five
goals and two assists, totaling 12 points each.

Grundler have split time in the net for the Tars. They have
combined to make a conference leading 63 saves, and have compiled a
.685 save percentage.
The winningest coach in Rollins soccer history, Dr. Keith
Buckley is now in his 25th year at the helm of the
Tars program in 2015. His career record of 290-140-27 is the
27th best in the history of NCAA Division II men's
soccer and ranks 16th among active coaches. Buckley's
win total is the 12th most among active coaches.
LYNN AT A GLANCE: The Fighting Knights are
coming off a hard fought, 4-3, double overtime victory at
nationally ranked Eckerd. The win moved Lynn's overall record to
6-2-2, while taking their conference record to 3-2-1.
Chris Hellmann opened the scoring for Lynn late in the first
half. In the second period, Eckerd jumped out to take a 2-1 lead
but James Casserly and Luca Puster answered with two scores to
help the Knights regain the lead at 3-2. The Tritons would
eventually equalize late in regulation to force overtime. After a
scoreless first overtime period, Lynn was able to capitalize on a
free kick opportunity and Tomer Britton scored the game winner.
Hellmann registered two assists on the evening, with one going to
Bruno Militz. Jonny DeMoya played the full 107 minutes and made
five saves.
Lynn leads the SSC in scoring offense, averaging 3.3 goals per
game, while they only give up 1.3 goals. Their average goal
differential of 2.0 is also tops the conference.
Hellmann leads the conference with 35 points on the season. His
12 goals leads the SSC and 11 assists ranks him second. Dominik
Friedi is second on the team registering four goals and two assists
from 10 points. Victor Moreira has earned nine points on three
goals and three assists. DeMoya is third in the conference with a
save percentage of .750, he has been credited with 3 shutouts on
the season.
The Fighting Knights are led by Head Coach John Rootes. Now in
his seventh year, he had posted an overall record of 104-27-8. He
has won two NCAA Division II National Championships, claimed four
Sunshine State Conference regular season crowns and two SSC
tournament titles. In all, he has made five NCAA Tournament
appearances and reached the national title game three times.
