ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (April 10, 2014) -

No. 20 Rollins snapped a two-match losing streak on Thursday, rolling past Eckerd, 9-0, in SSC play.

The Tars are now an even 9-9 on the year, 2-2 in the SSC, while Eckerd falls to 4-11 and remains winless in conference at 0-6.

In doubles, Rollins marched out two pairs that hadn't played together yet in 2014, Jason Alabaster with Ari Davis and Will Kwok with Jacobo Herrero. Both duos picked up wins in the No. 1 and No. 2 matches, respectively, to go along with Robin Marchione and Adrian Di Felice' 8-5 win over Luke Burton and Madison Durley to sweep doubles.

Singles were much of the same story on Thursday afternoon as the Tars coasted, not dropping a single set.

Kwow, Alabaster, Marchione, Di Felice, and Davis all picked up wins while Casey Austgen beat Madison Durley, 6-2, 6-4 to pick up his first singles win of the season in the No. 6 match.

Rollins will be back in action on Friday, April 11 at Saint Leo. The match is set to begin at 3 p.m.
