WINTER PARK, Fla. (April 19, 2013) - Niki
Fogle tossed a one-hit gem and Rollins used timely hitting as
the 22nd-ranked Tars beat Florida Southern 2-0 Friday
night.
The win improves Rollins to 40-8 overall and 15-7 in Sunshine
State Conference play, the fifth-straight year the Tars have
eclipsed 40 victories. FSC drops to 17-27, 6-13 SSC.
Fogle sat down the last 12 in order and surrendered just one hit
and two walks with five strikeouts on the night.

Johnson provided the Tars offense with a two-out, two-RBI
single in the fourth. Kristie
Hoeffer went 2-3 with Hannah
Lovestrand also recording a base hit.
Kelliann Connors had the Mocs lone hit, a single in the second
inning. Chelsea Oglevie took the loss, allowing four hits and two
runs with one walk and two strikeouts.
