WINTER PARK, Fla. (December 3, 2013) - After
capturing the championship at the Rollins Thanksgiving Tournament,
the Tars moved up one spot to No. 16 in the latest WBCA/USA TODAY
Division II Top-25, it was announced Tuesday.
Rollins enters December on a four-game winning streak and an
overall record of 7-1. The Tars are set to host Warner University
Dec. 3, followed by their Sunshine State Conference opener
Saturday, Dec. 7 against Saint Leo.
Bentley University remained atop the poll with the first three
remaining unchanged. Gannon University sits No. 2 with Emporia
State coming in at No. 3.
SSC rival Nova Southeastern and Colorado Mesa University round
out the top-five.
Central Missouri, who handed Rollins its only loss of the year,
fell one spot to No. 8.
