Rollins already had the match sealed up when rain halted play
Saturday as the 10th-ranked Tars beat
27th-ranked Palm Beach Atlantic, 6-1.
Rollins (9-7) fell in the top doubles flight, but won the other
two points to take the lead.
Kayli Ragsdale and Lisa Loft fell to Veena Vasquez and Leydi Zora 8-2 in
the top match. Mariana Salvador and Ashley Rosenberg defeated Victoria Baca and Natalia
Trotter 8-5 in the No. 2 match while Callie Whitlock and Stefania Tkach took Vilja Vahataio and Alexis Antista
8-1 at No. 3.
In singles, Rosenberg won 6-3, 6-1 over Baca at No. 2 and
Whitlock beat Trotter 6-1, 7-5 at No. 4. Elissa DeCampli took Vahatalo 6-2, 6-1 in the No. 5
match and Ragsdale won 6-2, 6-3 at No. 6.
