WINTER PARK, Fla. (September 20, 2011) -
Rollins remained the second-ranked team in the nation as the latest
NSCAA Division II Coaches Poll was released Tuesday.
Northern Kentucky stayed atop the rankings, followed by the Tars
and new No. 3 Fort Lewis. Midwestern State, the previous No. 3
ranked team, lost its first match of the year and dropped to No.
12.
The Sunshine State Conference again has a strong presence in the
national poll. Barry vaulted three spots to No. 5 and will meet the
Tars on Saturday, Sept. 24 in Winter Park. Lynn entered the poll at
No. 18 while Saint Leo dropped from 16 to 25 after a loss to
Rollins.
Saturday's top-five showdown between the Tars and Bucs is slated
