WINTER PARK, Fla. (October 4, 2011) - The Rollins women's soccer program held steady at No. 10 for the second consecutive week in the latest NSCAA Division II poll, it was announced Tuesday.

The Tars are coming off a pair of victories, including a road showdown with conference foe Florida Tech this past Saturday. Rollins is now in command, along with Saint Leo, for the top spot in the conference with both teams undefeated in 2011. The Lions check in at No. 6 in this weeks national poll and hold the top spot in the regional rankings.

Rollins has yet to yield a goal to the opposition and senior goalkeeper Michelle Dillingham was rewarded for her efforts by being selected Sunshine State Conference Defensive Player of the Week for her two shutouts.

Rollins has yet to allow a goal on the season and stands as the only team in in Division II that is unscored upon. La Salle in Division I is the only other school with the distinction of not allowing a goal this season.

The top-10 remains mostly the same with Lenoir-Rhyne moving up one spot to No. 7 and Saint Rose moving to No.8, while Fort Lewis fell to No.9.

Rollins continues its march through their slate as they host conference rival Lynn Tuesday night with kickoff set for 7 p.m. Fans can follow all the action live on the Tars Sports Network at RollinsSports.com.
