WINTER PARK, Fla. (October 12, 2010) -
For the third consecutive week the Rollins men's soccer team
advances in the NSCAA/HendrickCars.com poll. This week the Tars
gain four spots and slot in at No.6 in this week's poll, after
tallying another two victories last week.
Rollins collected another two victories last week, including an
important conference victory against Eckerd and then a tough
non-conference win at home against Webber International. The Tars
have received clutch scoring from the midfield and forward line,
aiding in their success this season.
The Tars will host St. Xavier for a non-conference showdown, Oct.
13 at 4:30 p.m. The Cougars hold an 8-2-1 and are riding an eight
game unbeaten streak.
The will mark the first time these two teams have matched up
against each other and looks to be an exciting matchup.
