MELBOURNE, Fla. (May 6, 2024) – The Sunshine State Conference announced its 2023-24 Men's Golf All-Conference teams on Monday, with Rollins'
Nicholas Diebel earning a spot on the All-SSC Third Team.
Diebel, who was recently selected as one of the individuals to participate in the upcoming NCAA South Region Tournament, finished the regular season with a 72.3 stroke average. The graduate student finished four tournaments under par, including an 18th-place one-under par result at the SSC Championship. The Winter Park native is the first Tar to earn All-Conference accolades since Morgan Egloff was a first team selection in 2018-19.

Diebel will compete at the NCAA South Region tournament, which is slated for May 9-11 at Chattahoochee Golf Club in Gainesville, Georgia, hosted by the University of North Georgia. The top five teams and the top two student-athletes not with a team from each regional will advance to the finals, May 21-25 at the Orange County National Golf Center and Lodge in Winter Garden, which will be hosted by Rollins College and the Greater Orlando Sports Commission.
